To be ready for nowdays more and more famous spartan race! I lot of equaly (more or less) excersise and many more! I’ll be a hard to challenge training even for the hardcore trainees. Need more than 60 min? 90 min @ Thursday evening!
Like to hang and/or climb? Wanna try the monkey-bar? You should be here than. A lot of static exercise with cardio related inserted. You know what a burpee is? You wont forget. Never. Come and try Yourself! A real challenge for everyone!
