You can join our online training with the button below. You’ll need a zoom app for this. Please download (if you dont have it yet) its free. Register yourself. With facebook its just 2 clicks. You can join the training about 20 minutes before the start. Our CrossTrainings almost completley equipment frees. You’ll only need 2 hand weight which can be 2 bottle of water for eg. and a bigger weight. A six pack of water will be great if you don’t have any bells. For our Online TRX courses you’ll need a rope trainer.
